Consultant to Regulatory Reporting department working on a broad range of projects including automation, advising on the merger, advising on regulatory matters, and training.

Responsible for compliance with SEC and FINRA financial responsibility and reserve rules, develop regulatory reporting systems, act as liaison with regulatory bodies, analyze regulatory impact of business decisions.

Manage various Finance/Accounting functions including management and external reporting, general accounting, compensation, reconciliations and controls.

Managed Accounting department including payroll, accounts payable, general accounting, reconcilaitions, and financial reporting functions.

Planning and execution of risk based internal audit strategy, liaison with broker/dealer regulatory bodies' examiners.

Responsible for compliance with SEC net capital and customer reserve computation rules and filing monthly FOCUS reports, liaison between Accounting/Finance and Information Technology departments.
