- Developed a hospital-wide program for the procurement, training and support of Nuance Communications Dragon Naturally Speaking speech recognition software for clinicians at both the MGH and MGPO.- Represented Information Systems department as a member of the Partners ConnectedWork initiative, implementing processes to improve employee job satisfaction.

- Supervised large-scale software vendor selection, implementation, and support of a new chart tracking system to enable the conversion of 4.1 million chart records and replace an outdated, antiquated and costly mainframe system. - Managed implementation of Nuance's iChart speech recognition dictation and transcription system to allow for standardization.

- Project manager for vendor selection, implementation and subsequent support and upgrades of Nuance's iChart cloud-based dictation and transcription system utilized for all inpatient visits at Mass General Hospital.- Coordinated major code updates, hardware upgrades, system configuration, and interface changes for the 3M (formerly SoftMed) Health.
