Directed Corporate Services, Merchant Services, Card Products, Business Bankers, Call Center, Marketing Department, and Bangor Payroll.- Conceived, negotiated, acquired, and integrated Advanced Payroll Plus.- Attracted hundreds of new customers by creating a department of business bankers with broad capabilities to serve the mid market.- Co-led the start-up of a custom-built customer database still in use today.- Propelled the growth of Corporate Services by implementing online cash management, courier pick-up of deposits, and other new services, resulting in hundreds of new C&I customers.- Assumed responsibility for the Customer Call Center, driving the first outbound calling program of 4,000 calls in the first year. - Served on the Executive Committee.

Responsible for safe, efficient operation of heavy industrial equipment which operated 96% of the hours of the year and generated over 1,500 tons of paper per day. Supervised crews of union tradesmen and had overall maintenance responsibility for the pulp mill and #4 paper machine. Implemented a major investment in balancing, alignment, temperature, and vibration tools, as well as the establishment of a preventive maintenance team, resulting in failure prediction and prevention.
