Strategy Orchestrate and execute multiple projects ensuring cross-functional communication, alignment with larger organizational goals, efficient resource utilization, and risk mitigation within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.Manage the program's five advisory committees to set and support the strategic vision of the development, implementation, and monitoring of MedBiquitous' direction and its services. Committees: MedBiquitous Steering Committee; Technical Advisory Group; Research & Alignment Group; International Advisory Committee on Artificial Intelligence (IACAI); Collaborating Partners overseeing the IACAIProject ManagementDefine project objectives, establish timelines with built-in opportunities for feedback, and create measurable benchmarks for success. Strategically navigate and achieve results within a dynamic landscape of evolving needs and changing priorities. Projects include: Artificial Intelligence webinar series; Website migrations; Educational Methodologies/Taxonomies health professions education community survey; Annual conference planning.Program Operations & CommunicationsManage the day-to-day operations of a program including creation of infrastructure and standards of practice, virtual community management, building community and strategic engagement across the health professions education and credentialing continuum, and composition of communications for a variety of platforms and venues (webinars, newsletters, social media, conferences).Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and AccessibilityMember of two DEIA committees creating safe spaces to promote discussions both internally and with invited speakers, to review departmental operations and communications, and to explore the true meaning and actionable expression of allyship and psychological safety.
