Adoption of it has reduced response times, and improved reporting metrics have provided more informative customer analysis.• Created SF Project, which tracks metadata associated with Projects, Milestones & Project Tasks and allows the Salesforce Project Team to better plan for, implement and report on its application release schedule. • Created the Partner Relationship Manager application to track the full lifecycle of a business opportunity to a completed contract agreement between GSCOE and its partners. The application allows three very diverse business teams to collaborate and edit a single agreement record, provides real-time data snapshots of each agreement's progress to management, and has reduced communication inefficiencies.• Created the COE Training Tracker application, which leverages the GSCOE customer contact list to enable the Training Team to create new classes and schedules, add contacts to classes, invite attendees to register for classes, and report on class attendance.
