E-Business Suite & GBU Automation:- Define, architect and implement business processes supporting the capture of knowledge in automated form (signatures, scripts, code), pluggable into common tooling (Analyzers, Automated Troubleshooting, Monitoring)- Training of Support Engineers and Managers- Product Manager of the E-Business Suite Analyzers engineering, user interface design- Utilize the Service Automation Engine which is a set of software tools enabling automated diagnosis and resolution of Customer Service requests within My Oracle Support.- Assisted in the development of the Applications Unlimited Monitoring Service for E-Business Suite in partnership with Service Engineering, Advanced Customer Support (ACS), and Product Management.
