Main services include account administration and corporate, field user, & plant manufacturing end user IT support.Spent 2.5 years centralizing workforce management processes, policies, and practices for Davenport, IA and Southfield, MI call centers. This included researching, selecting, negotiating and purchasing workforce management tools, along with vendor management. In this position I also designed practices to streamline and fine-tune call forecasting and scheduling for 15+ programs.
