NJII Project Manager and lead researcher for the studying Law Enforcement and specifically Body-worn camera (BWC) Programs.Another responsibility is being a physical security analyst, tasked with aiding the Defense & Homeland Security (DHS) Division at NJII and the United States Army within the Department of Defense (DoD) in securing an off-site location for further research & development and future workforce development. I have also been able to expand the reach of the DHS Division into the field of public safety and law enforcement by building an extensive network and good working relationships with various law enforcement agencies across the entire State of New Jersey.

NJII Project Researcher for AI in law enforcement BWC programs.Other responsibilities include being a Physical Security Analyst for our new additive manufacturing center that we have recently acquired with the Department of Defense. I have also worked with various law enforcement agencies in the State of New Jersey that include both local and state level police departments, the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. Recently, we have expanded even further and we now have a working relationship with a State-level law enforcement agency in South Carolina.

Work as an Intelligence Analyst in Defense and Homeland Security Division of the school's Innovation Institute to gather and report on intelligence on behalf of subcontractors for the U.S. Army using categorization & organizational techniques.

Dealing with a wide variety of clients on a daily basis with different fitness experience and wellness goals I strived to improve and help each person I came in contact with.This position has really helped improve my communication and teamwork skills all while giving me some client and customer service experience.

In this role I sat in on meetings and collaborated with first responders to plan and prepare a proactive response in the event of a crisis situation for high-risk individuals (e.g. individuals with physical and mental disabilities). By gathering this data we could provide our first responders the advanced knowledge of persons that will need emergency assistance during a crisis.

Worked in my local school district as a custodian every summer when school was not in session. Helped prepare school for upcoming academic year. Cleaned classrooms, painted, and stripped floors to help full-time custodians. After my 2nd summer, I was transferred to a different school, promoted and oversaw and aided a thinly staff department.

For this internship, I developed simulations and table-top exercises in courses at the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security & Cyber Security involving natural disaster response and mitigation and terror attacks.My duties included analyzing real world events such as natural disasters and acts of terrorism to develop preparation, response, and contingency plans. By studying real world events such as the Pulse Nightclub and San Bernardino shootings, I began to better understand the people involved and how the events unfolded, and the potential reasoning and warning signs that were present. I would then provide situation reports to my superior for review. Some of my duties also included organizing specialized training workshops related to critical infrastructure security under the supervision of my superior which is knowledge that I had gained by working with Subject Matter Experts as a Red-Team.
