As the Outreach Coordinator for AY Young's Battery Tour, I manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and sponsors to advance our mission of promoting sustainability through music and innovation. My role involves coordinating events, securing strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach to new audiences. I work closely with AY and our team to ensure that our initiatives resonate with communities and drive impactful change worldwide.

Largely through cold-calling: successfully generate and pursue new and qualified opportunities to become longtime customers.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.Direct email marketing campaigns aimed at precise target demographics.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value propositions and benefits.Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for improved performance.

WEB- Oversee web content for a variety of campaigns, including but not limited to: albums, tours, merchandise, and events.- Manage a team of writers and contributors in order to achieve campaign content goals.- Conduct interviews with artists, producers and various talent for the purpose of original, compelling content.- Human interest pieces highlighting the fans of various artists.SOCIAL MEDIA- Manage Twitter and Facebook accounts for various properties.- Coordinate campaign efforts with artists.- Original meme creation and image design.- Contest creation.RADIO- Produce and program radio station with original content for The Independent Grind on DASH Radio.- Host of a weekly morning show: The Mid-Morning Grind- Conduct live, on-air interviews with label talent as well as notable artists, executives and producers within the music business.- Mix down shows (vocal compression, level automation, noise reduction, etc.)MUSIC VIDEO PRODUCTION- Director: Direct talent, oversee shots, maintain efficient flow on set.- Assistant director: manage flow of the set, communicate with talent, coordinate efforts of grips and cinematographers.- Location scout: seek out locations for video shoots. Negotiate terms and times with location.- Talent scout: Seek out talent for video shoots, including main characters and extras.- Treatment writer: Write conceptual treatments for music videos.
