Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Provides team technical supervision and drives project/service delivery. Performs as technical lead and subject matter expert for OpenText Exstream (aka Exstream Dialogue) software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components. Documents design decisions, adheres to existing process guidelines, develops software components, mentors junior developers, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production.

Primary responsibilities to design and develop software solutions and coordinate all technical aspects for new business. Producing print solutions for our clients utilizing. Dialogue(Exstream Software), VB.NET, MicroFocus COBOL and AFP Jazz (Exstream Software) on a Client Server based system. In addition, I also assisted in the conversion and migration of legacy applications from the Mainframe (DOS/VSE) to the Client Server environment..

Serves as HP Exstream resource and subject matter expert in ongoing maintenance and new development.

1) Serve as a subject matter expert in the analysis design and development of software solutions utilizing HP/Exstream software as it applies to Enterprise solutions.2) Responsibilities to design and develop software solutions. In particular my efforts were focused on the design and development of the clients Customer Certification Reports System utilizing HP Exstream Dialogue software. The system will replace current legacy applications as well as automate manual processes at the print center resulting in a $300,000 savings. In addition, I also analyzed, designed and developed technical solutions with regards to system integration for both legacy and systems involving newer technologies along with recommendations with regards to staff infrastructure.3) Responsibilities to design and develop software solutions as part of the Allstate Insurance Customer Experience initiative (CE2). In particular my efforts were focused on the design and development of the Billing System resulting in producing print solutions for the Marketing Business unit utilizing Dialogue(Exstream Software) within a Client Server (AIX UNIX) based system. In addition, I also analyzed, designed and developed technical solutions with regard to system integration for both legacy and systems involving newer technologies.
