As part of Vivint's corporate retail team, I helped grow the company's partner footprint inside some of the nation's largest retailers. I was a part of the team responsible for developing and creating Vivint's training and onboarding materials to help guide in-store retail employees across each step of their new hire journey. I facilitated dozens of virtual and live new hire sales training for employees across the country. Trainings covered a variety of topics ranging from product education, value selling, emotional intelligence acumen, and soft skills development. In addition to training design and sales onboarding, we used a variety of learning and field tools to analyze employee performance, recalibrate ongoing training and development, and optimize existing training modules.
