I have 29 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing injured individuals and families. Over the past 19 years I have focused on helping residents of nursing homes, group homes, assisted living facilities, and other long term care facilities and their families hold these facilities accountable for preventable injuries and wrongful death. I’ve obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts including a verdict for $11 million in January 2019. PKSD has 2 nurses who assist in the review and preparation of cases.
