• Certification - align certification plan with HVM team and ensure production support needed to close cert. gating items.• Yield - identify yield issues ensure Low Yield Analysis triggers are set based on HVM baseline and aligned with Yield team.• Recipe Readiness - Identify which tools are not ready against MO capacity requirements, integrate between TD and HVM team to support recipe readiness.• IPP - identify IPP issues which are not addressed during TD phase adn drive TD team closure prior HVM handover.• Material readiness- Ensure material demand for HVM loading is ready.• Key Process Changes- Ensure key process changes are aligned with HVM team & proper training finished before HVM handover.• HVM readiness validation Audit- regular audit to find gaps in HVM readiness (develop system for visibility & Sustainability)• Update in Operation Meetings- consolidate updates from NPI lead (YIP / Certification roadblocks) and PCS triggers.

Yield Summary Reports• Defines systems for quality control and quality assurance.• Monitors Trend and Process Capability of IPP/CTF parameters, input/output process parameters, and defect verification.• Monitors and improves the process, upgrades operator's skills and disseminates work procedures and instructions.• Utilizes all manpower to settle various issues, and ensures an area with positive working environment and atmosphere.• Handles Equipments such as SEM, EDX, CMI ( NiAu XRF ) CMI 700 , AOI, K&S Au Wire Bonding, ALP PCT , Techno Re-flow Oven• Conduct investigation and analysis for abnormalities encountered on Critical Parameters.• Handles Material Regulatory Board ( MRB ) and Discuss with Process Engineers for the CA and PA for abnormalities• Support for Incoming Quality Checking (Laminate, Prepeg, Cu Foil, SM Ink and Punching)• Conduct commonality studies on failed product as part of problem solving approach and correlate with the process input variables using graphical presentation.• Supports Customer Quality Feedbacks ( conducts investigations ) and Report Generations with Root cause analysis , CAPA and Standardizations• Excursion Prevention.o Monitoring of all control and trend charts, and providing root cause analysis for all Out of Control (OOC) and Out of Specs (OOS) parameters.o Monitoring of all abnormalities (5M1E) and in line defect verification, with root cause analysis.o Improving defect-trapping system to prevent escapees.

• Set up New Technology (NiPdAu Plating Line) for the Surface Finish of boards of FCBGA products. Hands on process optimization and achieve optimal process parameters in running the new machine for its qualification and full implementation. Handles also Surface Plating Process such as Nickel Gold Plating and Tin Plating Process- monitor process parameters and improve yield and initiates corrective action for any non compliance and process related abnormality• Set up ENIG+EG and NiPdAu + EIG Plating Lines of Surface Finish of New line of products. • Controls all Critical Input and Output parameters in compliance to standard specification, conduct failure analysis and implement quality system using SPC tools and set up for implementation of statistical techniques• Plans and performs evaluation study and improve productivity when necessary.• Proposes programs for continual improvement of area, maintains an awareness and observation of Environment, Safety and Health• Continually enhance Plating performance by improving processes and utilizing new technology that is cost effective.
