Our group plays a central role in the development and implementation of digital strategies across Flagship's diverse portfolio of companies. We are responsible for overseeing the digital lifecycle of our companies, defining and executing the playbooks/processes supporting that journey, including Digital Launch for ProtoCo and the Digital growth/transition from NewCo to GrowthCo. My team also provides a vital feedback loop to our Digital Centers of Expertise (CoEs) spanning IT and Research Science. This helps to ensure the development of our platforms, products, and services are well-integrated and strategically aligned with the needs of the business, and paired with effective delivery and operational support models.
