I am an experienced Customer Success Director, Professional Services Manager and Engineer with 15+ years in the IT and supply chain field. I have worked as a Systems Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, and Senior Business Consultant for companies such as Vocollect, Intermec and Honeywell. I am currently the Customer Success Manager for Corporate Strategic Accounts with Honeywell Safety and Productivity solutions. I have been focused primarily on mobile computing with voice technology, scanning and mobility, supply chain consulting, sales, and most recently anti-theft and anti-return fraud for the retail industry. I have managed a 6 person team of engineers, developers, and project management professionals who plan, develop, implement and support supply chain solutions for a chain of 250+ distribution centers around the globe. Duties include pre-sales consulting, software development planning and scope, implementation and training, and post-implementation support. Previous experience as a Business Consultant and Systems Engineer allowed me to hone my project management and technical skills including work with advanced wireless networking infrastructure, database management, software development, and IT consulting.
