My interest in Organisational Behaviour was ‘realised’ within two learning institutions i.e. Optima Management ‘Activate Management Development Programme’ and Chartered Institute of Management ‘Diploma in Management Studies’. Through the facilitation of a Life/Business Coach within the Activate Management Development Programme I was able to ‘unearth’ my passionate interest in the development of people and my fascination with the diverse idiosyncrasies and the behaviour of people relationships within the workplace. I have always been an ‘evangelist’ in the belief that engaged people within the workplace will lead to superior business results. I have embarked on a journey to support and enable people to explore and better understand what they want from a career, what interests matter to them personally and what their goals and aspirations are. As a career counsellor I will discuss factors that could influence their decisions or affect their goals. In finding answers to these questions should help assist them in realising their objectives and what role would be most suited to their situation and needs.
