Throughout my career in imaging, I have always searched for the best answer to problems. Whether it was trying to figure out a way to reduce canopy reflection while flying in an F-16 fighter as a photographer to designing and maintaining complex image distribution and management systems as an engineer. I did not give a lot of thought to the way I, as a dyslexic person, approached problems differently than other people. I believed that my perceptions and understanding were the same as everyone else. I am at a point where I want to use my experience with the challenges and gifts of dyslexic thinking and knowledge of design thinking to help others. I think that individuals and organizations can come together in creative and innovative ways to solve the problems we face today. YNWA

Update documentation with the best options to capture the imagery during vehicle flow process.• Provide support as the subject matter expert on imagery metadata and imagery management systems as required to make sure imagery meets Federal and NASA standards for distribution and retention.• Develop performance work statements and provides associated task cost estimates for Program evaluation and execution. Plans and coordinates assignments with other organizations and contractors to ensure system technical and operational requirements are fully integrated. Create imaging systems presentations for management and customers to help with system development, training, and implementation.
