CurrentMaintain all aspects of the organizational web site and related products. Site maintenance includes work in HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and Blackbaud Luminate platforms.Overall aspects• Work with creative directors, video and sound producers, developers, architects, system engineers and product managers in developing and implementing web content• Understand and gather requirements and create technical designs• Perform unit/system and integration testing on own work and the work of others• Measure and verify new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability• Importing, querying, editing, and other maintenance of constituent database records• Assist constituents with issues they may have with web site functionality questions/issues Multimedia aspect• Build and maintain entire 200+ page Web site along with smaller related sub-sites• Design, construct and send multiple weekly graphical information e-mails.• Design, layout and code fundraiser e-mails.• Maintain relationships with various project managers and incorporate their ideas into new designs.• Produce content, designs, codes and new web pages in a fast-passed environment.• Handling all aspects of the Blackbaud Luminate database software fundraising web system Web technology aspect• HTML/XHTML, CSS• Enhance coding for better SEO and Accessibility• Working knowledge in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster Tools, AdWords, and SEOMoz systemsManagement/Other aspect • Work well in a team environment.• Team player and enjoy working alongside colleagues and external consultants• Organized and self-motivated
