Jeff Trapani the owner of the Law Office of Jeffrey J. Trapani. Jeff concentrates in civil litigation, including insurance defense, employment law, municipal liability, business litigation and professional malpractice. He also advises and represents insurance companies in unfair settlement claims and coverage issues. Jeff also represents employers in discrimination claims and appears on behalf of landlords in summary process actions and housing discrimination claims.Jeff is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Jeff's practice requires him to routinely appear before the Federal and State Courts throughout Massachusetts. He also represents clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. In addition to trial work, Jeff also represents clients in mediations and arbitrations.Jeff is a member of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. He also serves as a member of the Legislative Steering Committee Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is currently the Chairman of that committee. Jeff is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Hampden Bar Association and the Hampshire Bar Association.
