Current• Provides hardware support for information systems through troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or escalation• Provides Tier II customer support by telephone, e-mail, in-person, and support ticket interaction• Manages lifecycle of support tickets using CA Unicenter Software• Conducts inventory of government assets, ensuring compliance with Frameworks and Regulation• Trains end users regarding use of their software and equipment, providing alternate solutions and workarounds
