Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego. In working for Hartman Engineering as an Engineering Project Manager, I have developed the skills to do my job independently and efficiently, while also thriving in a team-based environment, leading a team of engineers to design the most efficient and cost-effective dairy manure methane digesters and nut post harvest processing facilities in the nation.I have a passion for bettering myself and everything I put my hands on, and that passion has led me to become a successful engineer.While at University Mechanical and Trautman & Shreve, I was able to work closely with my project manager on a number of healthcare related projects, including renovations on OSHPD hospitals, university laboratories, and the new construction of a large medical office building and biomechanical research and development facility, on both of which I was the lead mechanical project engineer. I have experience handling project takeoffs and budgeting, change orders and change management, RFIs, material and equipment submittals, productivity tracking, lien waiver collection, and LEED compliance organization.Through my internship in Project Management I was able to both manage and work on the team of new factory automation projects and product development within Dexcom and beyond.I am also a Subject Matter Expert for Jira Confluence collaboration software, assisting cross-functional teams with the creation and implementation of collaborative spaces. Through this work I developed skills for change management and collaboration, implementing complex changes effecting engineers, managers, and operators.Through my work in the Central Valley, I developed skills consistent with Agricultural Engineering and development of new technologies in agriculture, including clean power generation through state-of the-art, large-scale agricultural bio-waste digesters.
