 Planned and managed all BHS project work, including scope, schedule, and budget, while overseeing site construction, risk mitigation, and on-the-fly design changes.  Negotiated agreements with business partners to implement novel workarounds to allow construction and operations to continue simultaneously.  Facilitated BHS site activities including design feasibility, constructability, and construction activities while ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.  Oversaw the entire design, procurement, testing, commissioning, and turnover of the baggage handling system project for JFK T6 and led project conception with T7 Baggage Operations. Key Projects:o TSA Hold Baggage Screening Build: Led a $60 million civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, and software in-situ capital project to build the Domestic and International hold baggage screening systems. o JFK T6 new in-line BHS Build: Led a $176 million build of an in-line baggage system, including the build of a front-of-house passenger-facing self-service bag drops area.

 Planned and oversaw specialty systems and baggage handling system at LaGuardia Terminal B, including tender packages and contract documentation, planning/scheduling, milestone/task reporting, engineering, and customer acceptance testing.  Coordinated the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of the baggage handling system and specialty systems for all project geographies (Headhouse, Concourse A & Concourse B) throughout the distinct phases.  Supported a successful completion for all vertical and horizontal systems (elevators, escalators, and moving walks), airside specialty systems (passenger boarding bridges, ground power units, preconditioned air units, potable water cabinets, and video docking guidance system), and security systems (access control and video surveillance).  Supported the construction and fit-out of TSA and Airline spaces in Terminal B. Key Projects:o LGA new in-line BHS Build: led a $111 million build of an in-line baggage system at Terminal B.

 Oversaw RFQ/bid packages, bid specification documents, planning/scheduling, KPI, and direction of internal and external resources.  Supported the commissioning and closeout for all project geographies (Concourse B & CHRP).  Supported the design, procurement, and turnover process for LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment at Terminal B. Key Projects:o LaGuardia Capital Project: Led design and commissioning activities with the Project Manager for all building systems at Terminal B.

 Identified, documented, and recorded non-conformance items related to building enclosure, waterproofing, curtainwall, and roofing.  Developed deficiency inspections related to flood walls, metal panels, roof construction, waterproofing and insulation, mullions, and gates.  Witnessed building enclosure testing and develop submittal reviews for shop drawings and field reports.
