Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training and managing all marketing functions and implementing, inter- departmental standards and synergies to achieve company objective of sales, growth profitability and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message with the cooperate direction.Responsibilities:- Create, manage, coordinate and execute necessary marketing strategies and implement technical plans to meet and exceed company’s expectations. Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships as well as call- to- action oriented communication targeted towards customer segments that can help increase brand awareness and objectives. Lead and manage direct marketing, Public Relations, Advertising and Online marketing to facilitate event’s marketing and management with strong creative services. Analyze, Evaluate, Plan & execute on both existing and potential activities and strategies. Also to develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs, to enhance event management and organizing capabilities to the best standards. Conduct and analyze market research to determine competitiveness. Measure the effectiveness of marketing department and implement improvements as required Identify, Interpret and capitalize on marketing trends. Coach, mentor and raise team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession talent.
