Offshore Material Man For Chevron Indonesia Deepwater Development (IDD) Project On Deepwater Asgard

- Provide material inventory list and coordinate with the Supply Base for the material stocks, consignment and contract at the rig site;- Make material request according to the program an coordinate with materials coordinator;- Communicate with Supply Base for loading the material and with Marine for transportation movements;- Check all deliveries to and from the rig sites and insure proper paper work for materials transferred;- Assist the Drilling Site Manager in any materials related activities as required;- Control and document all transfers of material between wells for the sake of maintaining the cost accuracy;- Supervise / monitor diesel received on location;- Complete and send the Equipment Spreadsheet report to Materials and Drilling Departments;- Assist in filing report, paper work

- Receiving material from vendor & service company; - Inspection the materials from vendor & service company are match or not with PO;- Shipping the materials from vendor & service company to user ( production or drilling );- Preparing the materials that user request;- Coordination with drilling coordinator and material man at the site ( rig or barge ).
