Jeff is one of the founding partners of Digital Function, a Houston-based .NET development & UX/UI design firm that focuses on technology, design, strategy, & support. Jeff & his team have been hand-crafting solutions, content management systems, frameworks, & digital experiences for 23+ years. Jeff is a passionate UX/UI designer & digital architect with a strong background in graphic design. He has been lucky enough to work with a team of experienced developers, software engineers, & front-end experts that are just as passion about the digital world as he is. They love technology, software development & content management so much they have spent the last 14 years building & evolving Kalibrate, a powerful .NET content management framework that delivers enterprise level capabilities with intuitive CMS tools to help businesses manage their web/mobile environments.He is heavily involved in the Houston design & tech community. Currently, he is the web director for the UH GAP board which is an organization that strives to serve U of H graphic design alumni & the design community at large by: furthering the profession, increasing awareness about graphic design, & providing scholarships for U of H students.Jeff has also been an active member of AIGA Houston since 1997 where served on the board for 6 years. He also has been selected to be a Mentor for their 2013 & 2014 Loop Mentor Program. Before DF, Jeff was the Art Director for Enron’s in house design agency where he managed a team of designers, copywriters & developers on projects including web, video production, print, & interactive. Before Enron, Jeff began his career as the Senior Art Director at SpoonMedia, a media consulting company that published an up-scale national magazine, an online network, & e-commerce site targeting the luxury life style for men and women.
