Current• Manages full cycle recruitment process across all levels for assigned business units• Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers and business partners to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives• Attends recruitment events to promote the brand and source qualified talent• Participates in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects• Develops and maintains relationships with individuals through pipeline recruiting efforts for the purposes of future hiring• Assists with projects and other duties as required
