I excel at small team management and training, enabling others to discover their unidentified potential. Growing up in South Florida I spent a lot of time at the beach and in the ocean. At the young age of 12 I conducted my first open water 100ft SCUBA dive with my father and discovered that you have more potential than you often give yourself credit for. After serving in the Navy Special Operations Community for 26 years, I've learned many things about myself, and one of them is that I have a great talent for discovering unrecognized potential within small teams and bringing it to life. I motivate individuals to venture into the unknown and to think outside the box. I thrive at helping others develop their talents and sometimes discovering new ones not thought possible. I truly enjoy seeing the success of others through the focused training I've learned over a long Naval career.
