Director of Technical Practices for Water I leverage Woodard & Curran’s technical, delivery, and sales capabilities to ensure our clients in the water sector receive the best possible service. Since joining Woodard & Curran in 2006, my responsibilities have progressed with my various roles from project engineer to project manager to geography-based and service-based management. I assumed the role of Operations Leader in 2018, overseeing the business performance for our operations and management work. In this capacity, I have demonstrated my passion for our people and their personal and professional growth by developing and implementing new systems, processes, and training programs that have taken our delivery approach to the next level.As a strategic thinker, I track industry trends to determine our strategic business plan and technological innovations to improve the way we deliver solutions to our clients. My leadership and business acumen has helped forge strong connections with our clients and my commitment to our people is boundless. My operational, technical, and business development experience informs my work as I assume leadership of the Water Infrastructure team. In collaboration with our water-focused practice leaders, chief technologists, and staff, I work to deliver high quality results to our clients.
