Pavilion is a private membership organization for commercial growth operators, where Members can openly discuss business critical issues with the comfort of privacy and confidentiality.

Provided leadership for junior high youth, senior high youth, and adult faith formation and outreach ministries. Preached, provided pastoral care, served on worship planning team and co-implemented new ChMS.

Provided leadership for welcoming and adult ministries, including small group ministries, volunteer ministries, a resource center, young adult and older adult ministries, special events and assimilation teams, as well as a mid-week program with meal, worship and growth opportunities for adults, youth and children.

Recruited volunteers and developed partnerships with other agencies to support program goals of recruiting and training mentors for children of prisoners on federally funded program.

Managed the employment recruitment process for the school and performed human resource generalist duties. Contacted donors and potential donors in order to nurture relationships with the school and requested their financial support for the mission of the school.

Recruited business and engineering professionals for internal and external clients, including DaimlerChrysler, Nissan, ZF Lemforder, and Porsche AG. Led office in utilizing innovative internet sourcing strategies and in direct placements with external clients.

Led recruitment strategy and assessment for the Troy office. Recruited engineers and business professionals for General Motors and Tier 1 suppliers. Performed account management for Troy office's largest Tier 1 client. Mentored 3 new recruiters and an administrative assistant.
