Created digital marketing content, including templates for marketing collateral (landing pages, case studies, eBooks, one-pagers, promotional images, social media, event collateral, presentation slides, etc.) and executed full marketing campaigns that were created by the Marketing Design team. Helped to establish the brand narrative and made sure that the brand guidelines were strictly enforced. Created design libraries, style guides, and templates so that the design department improved consistency and performance. I was the point person for print production and worked closely with vendors to successfully produce direct mail, print brochures, event collateral, and more.

Produced integrated marketing campaign materials: digital banners and online assets, point of purchase signage, print advertisements, OOH, direct mail, and branded promotional items for statewide and national retail clients. Managed prepress process for all print files, ensuring brand standards, color, font and production quality. Liaised with internal Account and Creative departments, providing print production guidance on specs, costs, timelines, logistics and capacity with external vendors. Oversaw digital art and stock photography purchasing. I established the first project management system for the Accounts Department and helped roll it out to the rest of the Agency.
