Business Development: I excel in finding candidates who will fill a void in a company where the position is marked “difficult to fill” or “impossible”. It all comes down to networking. Provide me with information on the requirements for success in an available position, and I will find individuals with the unique skill sets to make that position successful. It is my goal to find candidates who are experienced, dependable, and ready to explore your opportunity. Candidate Relationships:I like the quote "Choose a job you love, and you'll never have to work a day in your life". I try to give each of my candidates the same opportunity I've been afforded; to love what they do. So I do not fill positions, I find positions based on each candidate's interests, and provide them with the unique attention they deserve. I pride myself on building long-term, professional relationships.
