Creating quotes, requested tracked and shipped demo products, processed big deal requests including tracking updating and finalizing. Responded to RFP’s RFQ’s and RFB’s from as small as local governments up to state wide requests. Maintained a personal sales quota and have exceeded the quota set for me every month I have been with the company with an average of 165% to quota and as high as 495% in a single month. Currently support several large accounts such as Los Angeles Unified School District, State of California Department of General Services and Los Angeles County ISD all of which are multi-million dollar accounts. I personally expanded the roll I was given from not only being a support representative but to working side by side with my account managers to help grow business for HP and focus greatly on customer satisfaction. I also over see in the weekly creation of the schedule, hiring and training of new employees. Also have my hand in the ordering of accessories and phones. When I took this position in June of 09 I helped to increase sales Year over Year 100% from July to December. Also helped to set records for most phones sold in a day, month, and year.
