I have been in the counseling and mental health field for over 30 years with a wide range of experience. I have worked in both public, private and faith based settings and in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children and families within the full gamut of counseling issues, ranging from relational issues to drug and alcohol addiction to severe mental illness, including extensive experience in crisis intervention and management. I have over ten years of supervisory experience of managing a mental health clinic and leading a team of care providers. I am a team player and enjoy working within the milieu and context of a multidisciplinary team. I have lived and worked in Texas and Virginia, as well as England and Ireland.
