Deputy to the senior executive leading and directing 1,200 personnel in an eight aircraft C-130 mobility airlift wing, with nationally unique rapid global rescue and recovery, airfield setup and operation, critical care ambulatory transport, and explosive ordnance disposal capabilities. Lead oversight for hiring practices, union relations, dispute resolution, process improvement, community relations, and all by-law and cross organizational programs. Lead integrator and representative to state and federal agencies for plans development and contingency execution supporting national objectives and disaster response operations.• Led direction of $75.2M budget and closure of $4.1M contracts annually, executing within 0.12% of target to guarantee organizational readiness and support to 5 worldwide geographic commands• Direct supervisor of 22 subordinate leaders; chair 11 working groups; representative on 8 councils, oversight to 13 programs• Skillful FAA engagement critical to at risk collaborative $2.1M roadway construction project resulted in permanent fix to longstanding safety issue and provided needed growth ability for space constrained base.• Built strategy and coalition of senior Air Force Special Operations Command, National Guard, and state leaders to program Air National Guard special operations growth in two states—50% capability increase• Led hiring revamp to mitigate bias risk, resulted in significant quality increase and addressed top culture climate issue• Identified and led cross-organizational team to solve salary cap allocation process-50% backlog reduction• Engaged national Ebola experts to alleviate rampant civilian fears, enabled welcome home of deployed personnel and reintegration into community with zero issues
