I have specialist knowledge of the AIM market.I trained and qualified at SJ Berwin in London in 2002 and spent the next 9 years there, focusing on equity capital markets transactions on AIM and the Main Market, including numerous flotations and secondary fundraisings as well as advisory work, mainly for international clients.In 2012 I relocated to the Cotswolds and worked in a large national firm in Bristol before moving to Clark Holt in 2016. In 2021 Clark Holt merged with Gardner Leader LLP.My practice covers all corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, flotations, corporate governance and advisory work.
