I've been in the design game for over 20 years and am passionate about creating products and services that are accessible and easy to use for everyone. My design philosophy is all about inclusivity and making sure we're thinking about everyone's needs during the design process.As a manager and head designer, I'm all about fostering a team environment where we can learn from our mistakes and make better decisions together. A happy team equals a better customer experience. My leadership style is all about putting my team first.As a teacher in the Master's degree product design class, I strive to impart my knowledge and experience in the field by sharing my own mistakes and providing real-life examples of the product design process. My focus is on providing students with practical, hands-on learning opportunities that they can apply to their own design projects.Over my career, I’ve been working with some of the most recognizable brands globally, including Santander Global Design Team, ABC Bank, Google, Kimberly Clark, P&G, Mattel Inc, Merck Serono, Bradesco (Bank), Giraffa’s (Fast food), BTG Pactual (Bank), TV Globo, Andorinha (Olive Oil).I have a passion for design, creativity, and arts - luckily, I get to work with more than almost every day of my life.
