Acquired an MCAST diploma in Human Resources management and ACCA diploma in business and accounting, as part of my efforts to grow and progress in the HR career path. Previously I graduated and completed a master’s degree in teaching language and literature and worked as a teacher for a while, which provided me with a lot of academic knowledge and insight on work ethics, motivation, psychology and sociology. Mostly expressing my creative side in the kitchen on a daily basis. Having a creative mind and strong work ethic allows me to come up with new ideas and strategies to boost my efficiency at work and succeed in improving productivity and effectiveness of an organization.
