As a member of the Defenture management team, I am actively involved in facilitating the company's growth, redesigning the organization, and spearheading the corporate strategy for the next 3-5 years. Spierings Mobile Cranes is een familie bedrijf gevestigd in Oss. Het is een uniek bedrijf met ongeveer 300FTE die de mobiele torenkraan op wielen heeft ontwikkeld, produceert en onderhoud. Door constant te innoveren en high class producten te ontwikkelen zijn zijn ze een belangrijke speler in de kranen branche. Tegenwoordig zijn ze voorloper in het ontwikkelen en produceren van elektrische kranen, zowel aandrijflijn als het elektrisch hijswerk. Als Business Controller heb ik in nauwe samenwerking met de CFO gebouwd aan de ontwikkeling van diverse tools om Spierings beter te sturen en heb ik me ingezet om aan de voorkant Spierings beter te structureren en organiseren. Een aantal voorbeelden zijn:- Lange termijn liquiditeitsplanning- Budgetting, forecasting en rolling forecast- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een uitgebreid boekingsschema- Project manager van diverse verbeterprojecten- Voorraadbeheersing - Kostprijs bepaling, analyse en onderhoud- KPI bepaling, meting en analyse - Onderdeel van het tactisch management (business partner)

As chairman of the tactical management responsible within Defenture for the assembly of 76 vectors for SOF Netherlands. Together with my team I set up, managed and optimized the production line of the ATTV. (15FTE) In this position I was responsible for: Configuration management, planning, production, logistics, service and after sales. Furthermore, I am highly experienced within the implementation and optimization of ERP systems. When the assembly of the vector came to an end I participated as project manager operations in the following projects: 12KN AASLT, Scorpion and Mammoth.

During the period as process manager operations I focused on the description and implementation of all operational processes including the ERP integrations. These preparations were mainly for setting up the production line of the vector, but also as a blueprint for upcoming projects within Defenture. The following areas of interest were covered: Planning, configuration management, production, logistics, purchasing, quality management, service and after sales.

In juni 2015 ben ik afgestudeerd voor de opleiding bedrijfseconomie aan de HAN te Nijmegen. Gedurende mijn afstudeerperiode heb ik een onderzoek uitgevoerd naar het ERP systeem MKG binnen Van Dinther BV. Het advies voortvloeiend uit het afstudeeronderzoek ben ik momenteel aan het uitvoeren binnen Van Dinther BV. Centraal staat het configureren en inrichten van het ERP systeem MKG om uiteindelijk een managementinformatievoorziening te creëren waarbij er meer inzicht is op het resultaat per project.Werkzaamheden die ik o.a. uitgevoerd heb binnen Van Dinther BV zijn:- Urenregistraties per project- Inrichten liquiditeitsplanning- Compleet maken van het volledige artikelenbeheer- Optimaliseren inkoopproces- Inrichten medewerkersbeheer en bewerkingenbeheer- Inrichten van de stuklijsten

Voor mijn AOD doe ik onderzoek naar het optimaliseren van het inkoopproces en productieproces bij Van Dinther BV. De focus ligt op de kansen die het ERP systeem te bieden heeft bij deze processen.

Met veel plezier en succes een meewerkstage afgerond binnen NMHG BV. In Nijmegen is de productie locatie gevestigd van de big trucks van de heftrucks van Hyster en Yale.Mijn werkzaamheden waren vooral in dienst van de manufactering controller. Heb binnen deze functie erg veel geleerd over de project matige manier van werken in een productieorganisatie, maar ook het e.e.a. meegekregen over de technische aspecten van de trucks.De volgende werkzaamheden ben ik vooral mee bezig geweest:- Opstellen costbooks- Het uitvoeren en rapporteren van interne audits- Verschillende analyses uitgevoerd t.b.v. de manufacturer controller zoals de 'standard hours per serie analyse'- Backflush checks uitvoeren voor gereed gemelde trucks - Het up-to-date houden van verschillende rapportages en budgetten
