The $3,000,000 program completed 257 projects on 178 homes for Fiscal year 2017/2018.I led the Home Repair Department’s transition from a white board and Excel, to Salesforce, collaborating with our Salesforce consultant on needs assessment and business processes for the new org. The processes that we implemented facilitated a 125% increase in number of applications sent to clients (330 - 750 applications per year over four years), a 130% increase in number of projects completed per year (86 - 200 projects) and 100% increase in yearly repair spending ($1.5 million to $3 million.) Through Nintex DocGen, my administrative team saved approximately 20 minutes per application (or about 250 hours a year for 750 applications). Instead of finding, printing and manually filling out applications for clients who required extra assistance, team members could print pre-filled applications in one step.In addition to managing my team of 3, I administered our 10 user Salesforce org, adding users, creating cross object formulas, roll ups and fields. I also created additional Salesforce objects and master/detail relationships to facilitate accurate reporting on contractor invoices against grant funding. I put together Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide home repair managers a 360° view of the home repair pipeline and grant spending, as well as providing data to our grant writers. Show less
