About Jem Cairney

Experienced Project Manager with experience of managing large, complex projects. Currently working as a Senior Project Management and Bids Consultant with clients including the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, the Overseas Development Institute and the Royal United Services Institute, supporting a range of client priorities. I have experience in developing and implementing a range of projects, including all aspects of business development, financial management, donor reporting, compliance and people management. Previous roles include ODI, the EU Delegation to Thailand, the office of Sarah Wollaston MP and the Global Anti Money Laundering Policy and Advisory Team at HSBC’s investment arm.
