In this role I was responsible for updating patient records so that the information is correct and up to date for the GP’s and any other staff member.I also handled daily admin duties such as sending letters to patients, registering new patients, summarising, coding, scanning, filing and assisting the practice manager and senior receptionists in other tasks.
