Early Years facilitator and development coach at City Skills. Former Headteacher within Portsmouth with a passion for improving the lives of children and a specialist Early Years Practitioner. Starting my career in Reception I soon became the Early Years Leader within a large outstanding school in Portsmouth. I took on the responsibilities of SCITT Mentor then later NQT Mentor to coach and mentor the next generation of educators. I was also a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) for Portsmouth City Council focusing on EYFS and English. I later became an Assistant Headteacher and in my time have taught and led 3 key stages. During this time I completed my MSC in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Portsmouth.
