With over thirteen year's experience working in creative agencies, I have worked on a huge variety of projects - from integrated campaigns, design for print, web site design and build, large format graphics, events spanning from mall demonstration's to running conferences in Barcelona, huge multi-event extravaganzas to conferences, exhibition stand design, enterprise system development, iPad apps and running a mobile exhibition roadshow around the country. My heartland and passion is within the experiential sector - and I have worked on multiple large customer experience centre design and builds, managing both the customer journey, design of the space, physical build and developing the content for within the centre. The content spans from multi-screen walls, object recognition tables, large scale projections and collaborative apps. I have worked on customer experience projects in the UK, Hong Kong, Sydney, Delhi, Singapore, Tokyo, South Africa, Paris, Madrid and Jakarta, to name a few!The consistent theme throughout all these projects is the need for strong project and account management on all projects, and the ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplined team. I thrive when multi-tasking - working on multiple large or small projects at a time. I really enjoy client relationship building, collaborating with the design and digital teams and managing my account/projects team.
