10 month project placement at London's oldest bespoke shoemaker, based on Jermyn St. Overseeing marketing, pr and client relations during launch of Fosters new RTW range - first shoemaking factory to launch in Northampton in living memory. Responsibilities: website relaunch for new e-commerce site, press pr campaign and organisation of launch events, customer/VIP liaison, business development through local Mayfair partnerships.

Responsibility for B2B Wholesale and B2C Corporate/VIP sales in the UK. This role provided career transition into a global brand, with 60 stores worldwide. London was due be the first entry into Europe, however the project was cancelled - hence short tenure of the position.

Strategic leader and operational manager for Client Services, responsible for Corporate/HNW/VIP clients. Overall responsiblity for client relationships, new business development and customer service of the elite customer base. Accountability for departmental marketing budget, annual sales generated, plus people management of Client Services Associates - including peak influx. Additional projects included heading the steering group for the revitalised Fortnum & Mason Account Card.

Account Manager to a portfolio of Corporate and HNW clients. Part of post-recession growth team, which proved a succesful operation exceeding acquisition targets. Managed event production for F&M Christmas Showcases, hosted at key locations around the UK.Brand ambassador for partnership collaborations with Amex Centurion and Coutts hosting in-store experiences.

Team Leader of Customer Relations, handling all customer service requirements for retail, mail order and online. Managed the correspondance team, including Fortnum's customer service emails and letters. Direct responsibility for responses on behalf of the Managing Director. Duties included producing daily finance reports for phone/fax/web channels. Meeting with customers in store to discuss serious issues that could not be appeased by the retail team.

Assigned to deliver business growth to the Special Sales team. Focus was on new business development. Here I learnt the art of cultivating and managing HNW clients with discreet and personal service, ensuring client retention.

Responsibility for cross selling advertising within the Square Meal restaurant guide, magazines and Venues & Events Exhibition. New client aquisition included D&D London, Gaucho Grill and Harvey Nichols. Additional responsibilities included supporting Editorial, scribing hotel and restaurant reviews.
