Presently working at the UK’s leading probate genealogist company, who provide assistance to legal professionals around the world. With over 20 years’ experience in tracing missing heirs to estates and unclaimed assets, having progressed through the company from office junior to senior management. I help manage and co-ordinate departments within the company and have developed a wide range of skills during my career to include research, estate administration, data protection legislation, ISO accreditations and business development. I currently act as a point of contact for new business and help advise solicitors and clients on how to tackle cases where expert help is required.Recent achievements include overseeing the setting up of the group’s own estate agency business and establishing the company’s compliance processes and legal documentation. Passionate about motivating my team to help them deliver exceptional results and proud to be part of a team that has grown consistently throughout the years. Delighted to have seen many of our staff follow a similar trajectory and to have played a part in aiding their development.
