Essential Functions· Coordinate software build, testing and release activities, resources and information for 1-2 Scrum teams.· Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, scope and objectives and work with product owner(s) to define common acceptance criteria for user stories, features and epics.· Identify and remove obstacles for Scrum team or guide the team on removing their own obstacles by finding the right person to remove the obstacle.· Build a Scrum team with a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised effectively, with an emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving.· Communicate release schedules and provide release notes to product teams and the business, as required.· Proactively identify and manage changes to project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.· Act as the Scrum master in agile development team, providing product vision, leading sprint meetings and making critical business decisions throughout the development process.Additional Functions· Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.· Provide or support training on new features pre- and post- release.· Provide recommendations, status reports and release metrics to Delivery Manager, product teams and leadership team.· Perform other duties as required
