While assigned to Chick-fil-A’s design and innovation department, our cross-departmental team worked in an Agile-influenced structure to create experiences for Guests in a digital focused future. A few of my responsibilities included gathering and applying feedback, simulation planning, corporate communication, brainstorming, design and vendor coordination.

At Priority Designs I worked primarily on generative research projects, but I also gained a deeper understanding of evaluative research. Each project varied in it's scope, but included observations, contextual inquiry, in-depth interviews, co-creation activities, focus groups and interface testing. Part of my role was to communicate and coordinate with recruiters and participants as we worked to gather information. I helped to synthesize and analyze the resulting data, and then communicate the information in a report.
