Participate in team call with Recruiting Team Manager and 1-1 call with Manager.Responsible for the specific metrics collection for the team up to and including gathering all the external, internal, business class, exempt and hourly hires on a monthly basis to confirm/validate. Consolidating this information with the summary of challenges and successes and forwarding in an organized manner to Recruiting Team Manager. Responsible for the successful on boarding of all new hires and making sure they complete the New Hire Training and are fully versed in their OFCCP compliance responsibilities. Responsible for working with the Recruiting Team Manager on innovation team and champions of training projects as applicable. Expected to continuously seek ways to process improve Yoh's service delivery to GE.
