I am passionate about helping companies develop, transfer, and support products end to end to ensure a high quality experience for customers. I have nearly 15 years of R&D and Operations experience which results in contributions or leadership from feasibility to launch of multiple IVDs, CE-IVDs, ASRs, and GPRs, including design, development, and implementation of both customer-facing products and internal-use production and QC processes. My tech transfer background has informed my R&D responsibilities to ensure developed products are reproducible, manufacturable, and scalable. I pride myself on efficient project management, resulting in my team simultaneously executing tech transfer of 5 in-development IVDs while owning and executing root-cause analysis of 4 CAPAs for on-market products. I also obtained my J.D from University of Wisconsin-Madison while working full time, which contributes to a unique perspective in developing and implementing regulated products and GMP and GDP processes.I have over 10 years of experience growing and developing teams of 2-16 people, including leading and mentoring direct and indirect reports across sites. I have established effective relationships by learning to adjust communication and leadership styles via executive management training. I ensure consistent cross-site, cross-functional collaboration across all departments involved in product development, including R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and executives.
