Project Management of complex client restructures and transitions as well as client on-boardings including the following:Major restructure for large superannuation fund, involving funds worth $4bn and impacting 75,000 superfund members. On-boarding of new investment management client worth $5bn, cross-product in nature, spanning across the whole custody and fund services product suite. Responsible for:Project scoping and planning: business analysis, gathering and documenting client and business requirements, workflow and process mapping, UAT plans.Stakeholder management: internal and client as well as 3rd party and outsourced providers. Management of business executives regionally as well as key client management at CEO and CIO level.Project Delivery: Governance framework: facilitation of client and business workshops, working groups, chairing of joint steering committees, project roles and responsibilities, escalation point for project issues.Project Documentation: project plan, issues and risks log, executive management reporting.Post Implementation Review.
